BOARD MEMBER CEDRIC LACAYA ADRIATICO, 46 years old, was born in Dipolog City on the 15^th of March 1958. His parents are Engr. Concordio Ruaya Adriatico and Mrs. Concesa Lacaya Adriatico (Deceased). After taking his Sabbatical Leave, which started on June 1994, he was then married on August 23, 1998 to Evangeline Olavides Adriatico and blessed with two lovely children namely; Celoa Therese O. Adriatico and Alec Anthony O. Adriatico

‘Adre’, as he is fondly called by all presently chairs two very important committees of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Zamboanga del Norte, they are: Committee on Women, Children and Family Welfare Affairs & Committee on Health Sanitation and Human Settlement. He is also the Program Coordinator of Neo-Genes Panag-unong Association Inc. (NGO for Housing, Community Organizing and other Concerns).

BOARD MEMBER ADRIATICO was proud to be the On-Site Coach/Consultant of the following projects: Local Chief Executive Development Management Program (LDMP), Resources Generation and Management through Public Economic Enterprises, Enhancing LGU Capacities in Local Legislation, Formulation of Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA), Institutionalizing Effective Barangay Governance Philippines-Canada Local Government Support Program (LGSP), DBP Building Dipolog City (2001-2004).

Adre was also elected as a City Councilor of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Dipolog from 1995 to the year 2001. He was also made Executive Officer of the Social Action Justice and Peace Center of the Diocese of Dipolog from 1993-1996. Some of his past achievements also includes becoming the Dean of Studies of St. Mary’s Theologate of the city of Ozamiz from 1991-1993. As a Professor in Theology and Church History of St. Mary’s Theologate in Ozamiz City, he worked institutively from 1989-1994. He also became an Instructor in Philosophy of Cor Jesu Seminary in the year 1983 to 1986. As an Ordained Priest on April 8, 1983, he took the responsibility as the Parish Priest from 1983-1986 of St. John Neumann Parish in Barangay Sicayab of Dipolog City where he maintained religious undertakings in his own time. Board Member Adriatico was also an active member of the Press by becoming a Radio Commentator of DXDR from 1985-1986 and DXKD from 1992-1994.

Besides from being fluent with Filipino (Tagalog), Cebuano, English languages, he also has knowledge of Italian, Latin and Spanish languages as well. Hon. Cedric Adriatico’s Educational Backgrounds involves the following; Primary Education at the Dipolog Pilot Demonstration School (1964-1970); Secondary Education at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Seminary of Tagbilaran City (1970-1974); A.B. Pre-Divinity Philosophy at Ateneo de Manila University of Quezon City (1974-1978); GRADUATE STUDIES IN THEOLOGY San Jose Seminary and Loyola School of Theology of  Ateneo de Manila University (1978-1983); M.A. IN THEOLOGY at Loyola School of Theology of Ateneo de Manila University (1983-1984); LICENSIATE IN ECCLESIASTICAL HISTORY of the Gregorian University of Rome (1986-1989); and last but not the least, BACHELOR OF LAWS of Andres Bonifacio College, School of Law of Dipolog City (1995-1999).

Various activities keep this energetic legislator at phase with the people by consistently holding leadership positions in school and in various communities and organizations utilizing his skills in facilitating seminars, workshops, trainings, retreats, recollections and research works for community development projects. He is also actively involved in sports (basketball, bowling, tennis) and service oriented activities.
