MANNY RECERA'S APPEAL

The letters below were sent to me by my friend Father Manny Recera and by Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cathedral Rector Msgr. Emigdio T. Socias appealing for  help.

I'm sure you know that our 100 year old cathedral in Dipolog City is in a very sad state (you can see it on the picture I have somewhere in this web site.)
